LUKORAN RESORT consists of 127 units built at the coastline site of 77.000 sq meters with private marina, beach, and several seafront amenities such as beach club, pools and restaurants. Total investment is expected to surpass 100 million EUR and projects counts with the valid building permit. Currently the project is undergoing the general contractor tendering process.
