Graduate of University of Matej Bell of Banska Bystrica (SK), she holds both diplomas from Law and Economy. After finishing her studies she worked at a law firm. She works in Sitno Holding, a.s. since 2007 and was mainly responsible for investments and acquisitions in its real estate division. She became a partner in SITNO HOLDING Real Estate, a.s. in 2012. She is fluent in English and French.

Ludo graduated from the City University in Bratislava and holds an MBA Diploma from The OU Business School (UK). In 2004, he started at Sitno Holding as an executive member of the board and since 2007 operated in the real estate sector representing various investment funds in the CEE region. Between 2005 and 2008, became a member of the board and a vice president of SK Slovan Bratislava, historically the most successful football club in Slovakia. He speaks fluently English, Spanish, and Croatian.

Jozef is an experienced lawyer with 10+ years in corporate and real estate law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Trnava and practiced law at several legal advisory corporations before joining SITNO HOLDING Real Estate, a.s. in 2014. Since then, Jozef led major real estate legal transactions in various CEE environments including Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia. He is fluent in English.
