ZADAR RESIDENCES - exclusive city centre apartments

The 192 apartment units are divided into permanent residences and serviced long- or short- stay operated by a global luxury hospitality operator. Preliminary studies show high demand for a premium product and it is expected that the target resident audience will be spread across foreign buyers. The project is currently in its' pre-development phase and a spatial zone studies as well as environmental impact assessments are being prepared. Total cost of the project is expected to be at the level of 75 million EUR and the construction will start in 2026.
